you could put the litter box in a pretty basket
go to a place like Habitat for Humanity's ReStore and buy an occasional table (like a drum table)that has a door, and is big enough for the cat to get in. Remove the door, refinish if necessary, put the box inside and the cat will follow- you could even conceal the opening with a "curtain" that opens in the center- Cats are smart- they'll figure out how to get in!
