September is practically here and that means it is time to decorate for fall! I'm a huge fan of the fall season, as I love the leaves changing colors and my birthday is in October. Anyway, I thought today I would share with you a few of my favorite fall crafts. Let's get started!
To get started, let me show you how to make this awesome brush stroke pumpkin that is perfect for your home decor.
Supplies:
Faux Pumpkin
Golf Leaf Paint
Paint Brush
Step 1: Shake your liquid leaf paint and dip your paint brush.
Step 2: Start applying brush strokes to your pumpkin, repeat this until you feel you have enough brush strokes around the whole pumpkin.
Pretty easy, right? If you want to see what it looks like completed, keep reading!
Now let's make a simple wooden vinyl sign for fall that I could see working well in your kitchen or dining room.
Supplies:
Wooden Frame
Black Chalky Paint
Orange Chalky Paint
Paint Brushes
White Vinyl cut out of your choice
Sanding Block
Step 1 : Paint the edges with your black chalk paint.
Step 2 : Once dry, paint over your wooden frame with two coats of your orange chalk paint.
Step 3 : Once dry, take your sanding block to reveal the black paint you painted around the edges.
I hope you all enjoyed these easy DIY fall projects and are as excited for fall as me! Leave me a comment and tell me which of these you'd like to make for your home.
