We built our house 3 years ago and we have never had wreaths on the front doors. I love our iron doors and didn't want anything to take away from them, but I also wanted to spruce things up a bit for Spring.

These grapevine wreaths were the perfect addition to our doors. They are simple and complementing without taking away from their beauty.

Items needed:

Grapevine Wreaths

Tulips

Floral wire

Accent flowers

Wire ribbon

Hot glue gun

Scissors or wire cutters

Tulips

Start by laying your tulips out on the wreath. These tulips are super easy to work with and the stems bend easy in any direction.

After the tulips are laid out use the floral wire to secure them in place.

Accent Flowers

I usually buy a bundle of flowers and then cut them off leaving around 2 inches of each stem.

Add then throughout the wreath by poking them under the floral wire. If they feel lose you can use the glue gun and glue them to the wreath.

Bow

Bows are super simple to make. For this one you will cut 4 strips of your ribbon in equal lengths.

Use the glue gun and glue 2 of the strips in circles.

The third strip leave straight. This will be the tail of the bow.

The fourth strip tie a knot in the center of the ribbon. This will be the knot of your bow and used to secure everything together.

Stack the 2 circles and the straight piece on top of one another and then use the knotted ribbon and wrap it around the middle. Pull it tight, cut the excess ribbon off, and then glue it down on the back of the bow.

You can attach the bow to the wreath with floral wire or with the glue gun.

Super easy, right?
