How to Make a Burlap Bunny Bunting in 15 Minutes -- Or Less!

With some burlap, fabric scraps, and a cookie cutter, you can make this sweet Spring banner in 15 minutes or less!
Supplies needed: Burlap, scissors, cardboard or heavy cardstock, fabric scraps, pen, jute twine or ribbon, craft or hot glue gun.
The first thing I did was make a triangle template on thin cardboard--FYI, my triangle is 7 inches across and 8 inches tall, but we have a very wide fireplace. Trace your triangle template onto the burlap--I made 6 burlap triangles, but no rules here :D Cut them out.
Then I took my bunny cookie cutter and traced it onto fabric scraps. Because the cookie cutter is on the small side, small prints or Spring-like colored fabrics work well. I also cut some strips to tie onto the bunting.
I was going for a very simple, homemade look, so I just attached the fabric bunnies to the burlap with Elmer's Glue--not worrying if they lift a bit. Then I took my jute twine and hot glued it to the BACK of the triangles--no measuring--just eyeballing what I thought looked good.
To finish it off, I just randomly tied on the scrap fabric strips. There you have it! Quickest and cutest craft project I've ever done!
