They'd probably be thrilled with home made food gifts (decorated heart shaped cookies, muffins with heart shaped icings, mini quick breads wrapped with Valentine's Day papers, etc.). It's simple enough to make a batch of lower fat, low or no refined sugar items, or reduced sugar cookies, muffins, etc.
Think about how many of these souls rarely receive visitors or home made items.
The agency's personnel can assist you with dietary restrictions of the clients.
If you're better at sewing, there are any number of minimal or no sew crafts such as shawls, lap robes, pillowcases, etc.
