I would shop for a tall hollow plastic pumpkin and fill with concrete, maybe Walmart of a hobby shop.
Looks like they are called "Blow molds" , you could look them up but expect to pay more than a dollar store item.

You can use the tall plastic pumpkins as a mold. I've seen some that are about 18" high.
I bought a few tall plastic pumpkins at Michael's years ago. I would cut the top off and use that as a mold. I'm sure you could find a variety of sizes at the craft stores.
