stuff or use beans or rice, tie sections with yarn or string to make three snowball looking sections. At the top cut off extra and use a colored kids sock over the end or snowman head and folded to make a stocking sort of hat use glue to keep on. Fabric or felt scarf. shred ends. Buttons or felt for face and body.
