Toy harmonicas Valentines day DIy idea?

my grandsons school does not allow candy but are permitted to include stickers or small trinkets with their Valentines cards. I bought toy harmonicas at the dollar store thinking it would be easy to come up with a pun but it’s not. All i have is : You are music to my ears or We are in perfect harmony

hes in second grade so it has to be something they would understand

any other ideas?
