Sunny Pineapple Wreath DIY
Make this gorgeous pineapple wreath for your front door in minutes!
Check out the tutorial and video below for all the details.
To make this beautiful wreath, I used faux sunflowers that I bought at Walmart, large faux palm leaves from Dollar Tree (smaller ones from Target), and a 12-inch grapevine wreath as a base.
How To Make a Pineapple Wreath
To make a pineapple wreath you'll first need to shape your grapevine wreath into an oval shape. Bend your wreath slowly but don’t force it. My wreath was easy to shape because it was made up of small twigs.
Next, push your faux palm or fern leaves through the top of the wreath (in between the twigs, as shown above). I used four palm leaves of varying heights.
Add a little hot glue to keep the stems in place and cut excess stems with scissors.

Once you have the top leaves in place, cut deco-mesh to fit over the top of your wreath as shown above. Use a neutral or gold color mesh and layer it if needed.
I had 6-inch mesh in my craft bin but use whatever you have on hand.
Basically, the mesh is just a base to hot-glue the flowers to and you really won't see it when your wreath is finished.
Remove all of your faux sunflowers from the stems and arrange them how you like on your wreath. Then use hot glue to glue the flowers in place.
Note: My flowers were different sizes and I used 8 flowers total. Depending on the size of your flowers, you may need more to fill the 12-inch wreath form.
Add small white flowers as an accent. This is an optional step but I love the cute little pops of white!
That's it, hang up your new wreath and enjoy!!
