A Poinsettia Wreath

Since I'm not usually a red person, I'm actually amazed I wanted a totally red wreath. Yes, you can get poinsettias of every color now, but something about red Christmas plaids and red poinsettias are enticing me this year.
Gather Supply needs:
Grapevine wreath (18")
Bush poinsettias (5-6)
Ribbon for a bow (or purchase a bow)
Wire Cutter
Floral Wire
Pliers
This is a very easy wreath to make. Start by cutting a flower off a bush, leaving at least 3-4 inches of stem.
Poke one of the cut flowers through to the backside of the wreath.
Take a pair of pliers and twist/twine the stem through tightly into the backside of the wreath. Continue adding flowers, until you are satisfied with the look and fullness. My flowers about 2-3 inches apart. You can always fill in with an extra flower, here and there at the end. My wreath is hung on a wreath holder and did not require a hanger. If you feel you need a hanger, make one with floral wire.
Make a bow (or buy one already made) and attach with floral wire through to the back of the wreath. Easy Peasy.
My navy front door looks pretty stunning with a big red poinsettia wreath for Christmas 2017!
