Colorful Pumpkin Wreath

I just made my new favorite wreath! I hit a 90% off sale after Christmas last year and bought lots of clear plastic bulbs which turned out to be perfect for this project. I love creepy and scary Halloween décor, but also love cute and colorful. This wreath is perfect for fall and you can put it up now and keep it up until Thanksgiving.

I decided to use different colors of orange and peach paint. I removed the top of the ornament and slowly poured paint into the ornament. Roll the paint around and place upside down so the access paint can drain out.

Let the ornaments dry completely and put the tops back on. I let my ornaments dry overnight.

Cut leaves out of glitter foam sheets. I used two colors and cut out different sizes.

You can use any kind of wreath or wreath frame for this. I had this silver wreath that I was going to use for a different project, but never got around to it.

I used ornament hooks to attach the ornaments to the wreath.

When all the ornaments (pumpkins) are added, start adding the leaves to the wreath with your hot glue gun. Start with the largest size first and then fill in the wreath with the smaller leaves.

I love how this wreath turned out… it totally stands out from the street and is perfect for the transition of seasons. If you don't want to go through the trouble of coloring your own bulbs, you can buy some orange Christmas bulbs for this. Easy Peasy!
