DIY Colorful Fall Wreath

I am really excited to show you guys this diy colorful fall wreath I made this past weekend.
It turned out even cuter than I imagined and it was so easy to make. Have you guys seen the faux living walls? I did my own (much smaller) version of that this summer with flowers. I was actually going to do a tutorial on it, but forgot to take pictures along the way, so it never happened. I saved most of the stems from the flowers I used and finally thought of a way to use them! I decided use one of those stems for the base of my wreath and it worked out perfect.
I took my flower stem and bent into as much of a circle as I could. I used my hot glue gun to hold the two ends together. I also wrapped some green tape around the glued ends for some extra security. You can use floral tape or anything you have on hand.
Take your glitter yarn and glue the end to the wreath. Start wrapping the yarn around it and glue at the end when you are done. You don’t need to cover the entire thing because the leaves will cover most of it up.
Cut leaves with the felt and the craft foil. I used different shades of purples and cut mine out freehand.
Fold the craft foil leaves in half and use the hot glue gun to add them to the wreath.
For the felt leaves, you will glue one end together and then glue to the wreath.

Continue this until the wreath is covered in leaves.
Cut the iridescent ribbon into leaves and add to the wreath.
Add a bow to the center and your wreath is ready to bring in the new season!
