A simple DIY on creating a custom fresh holiday wreath with dried oranges.

Add the oranges to your wreath

I had a fresh cedar greens wreath that I wanted to customize with dried orange slices and white berries. You can simply add each item to the wreath with a hot glue gun- or wire it if you would like something more secure.

Glue is easy and simple to do- and it takes just a few minutes. Just be mindful of how hot some glue guns can get- they are notorious for burning your skin if you aren't careful.

Start with the Eucalyptus

I always start adding the larger elements first- in this case- eucalyptus branches and sliced oranges. I layered the spiral eucalyptus in areas around the wreath to add a soft sage green layer to the cedar.

Up next was to group several oranges together and attach them with glue. I then worked my way around the wreath with the oranges- and then I added in the white berries.

Tie with a velvet ribbon

I added a simple burnt orange velvet ribbon and then hung the wreath to see if it needed anything else. I like to step back and take a look to see if there are any bare spots or areas that need a little bit of something. Simply tuck any other elements in that you need- and then- enjoy!
