Autumn is a great time of year to add a little decor to the house, and here is one idea that can be used a few different ways such a mantle decor or even in a wreath!

Your need to grab a few supplies such as paint, brush, hot glue, wood truck and parts, vinyl, Cricut, felt, and scissors.

Start by painting your truck, I choose a patina color (my favorite) and also paint all the parts that attach to the truck (wheels, hubcaps, etc).

I made my truck for the autumn, so I cut some punkins out of felt and attached some rafia to the tops.

Time to glue everything together, I used a hot glue pen from XYRON and it holds great!

Check out the full video tutorial here!!

You can place your vintage truck on your mantle just as it is or......

place it in a fall wreath for your front door! Now I can enjoy my wood truck for the fall season! Check out my blog for some fun extras!
