You've seen wreaths made with one garden hose, but how about one made with a bunch of them? You'll be scooping up your neighbor's old hoses when you see how easy it is to make this garden wreath made with hose sections. Add faux or real succulents and vintage garden tools for extra charm!

Cut Old Hoses Into Sections

Find as many different colored and patterned old hoses as you can! Cut them into 12"-18" sections.

Clean Hoses, If Dirty

Scrub your hose sections with a mild abrasive cleanser and rinse outside and in. Let dry in the sun. Then you'll be ready to assemble!

Attach Hose Sections to a Wreath Form

Choose a grapevine wreath form or a wire wreath form as your base. Wire hose sections onto wreath form using bind wire or medium-weight florist wire. Vary the varieties as you go, overlapping the ends slightly. On a wire wreath form, you'll wire from the back.

On a grapevine wreath form, you'll be wiring from the front. I've got more tips on my blog and a downloadable/printable tutorial, if interested.

Fill up your wreath form with as many hose sections as you like. It will be heavy! See how each end is staggered? I also try to tuck some behind for more visual depth.

Add Faux or Real Succulents

Finish off your garden hoses wreath with faux or real succulents and other garden implements. Small terra cotta pots, vintage yard tools, and hose handles add extra detail.

Tie on Old Garden Tools and Finish with Moss

Extra details can be tied on with twine or hot glued. Tuck and glue moss in ends of hoses and to cover wires.

Garden Hoses Wreath with Live Succulents

Your finished garden hoses wreath can be hung outside or in. This one, above, has real succulents in dirt with moss around tucked into spaces between the hoses. To water occasionally, lay it down horizontally.

Garden Hoses Wreath with Faux Succulents

This garden hoses wreath has faux succulents glued in. You can make your wreath any size you like! If you'd like to see these fun Many Garden Hoses Wreath and our fun Summer Porch Tour, see HERE.
