Gold Wire Hoop "Joy" Wreath

5 Materials
45 Minutes

I have seen a wreath similar to this one that cost $50. I loved it so much but didn't want to pay the much, so I figured out how to make my own! My wreath cost right around $20 and has remote controlled lights.

The finished Product!

What you will need!

Use zip ties to attach the stems of balsam or greenery to the floral hoop. Add an additional zip tie in the middle to secure the stems together.

Use the gold floral wire to shape the word "joy" in cursive. It is really pliable and easily cut with scissors. You could use any word that you'd like. Attach the first and last letter to the floral hoop for support.

Remove the word from your floral hoop. Wrap the fairy lights around the gold wire word first, then weave in and out of the greenery, wrapping around branches to secure.

Use a zip tie to secure the battery pack to the top of the floral hoop, use some additional greenery to cover, then add any additional elements such as ribbon or bells.
