If you’re wondering how to make a spring wreath for the front door, check out this DIY. You can make this Easter grapevine wreath in no time.

There are so many fun ways to decorate your house for springtime. And, of course, since Easter happens in early spring, it shows up as a theme in many of my craft projects.

Check out the step-by-step directions for this spring Easter Wreath.

This wreath has rabbits and carrots for an Easter theme. But, you can easily use any type of spring flower including tulips, daffodils, or forsythias. Or, you can use any type of artificial flower that is in spring colors like pink, yellow, and purple.

I have also seen some adorable plastic Easter egg wreaths that are very festive especially if you have younger kids.

  • Grapevine wreath
  • Artificial flowers
  • Bunnies (these are similar on  Amazon)
  • Carrots
  • Hot glue gun

You can get these artificial flowers at Dollar Tree. They are super affordable. I have seen so many cute Dollar Tree spring wreath projects.

The bunnies and the carrots come from Hobby Lobby. So, if you don’t have one in your area, you can pick up whatever Easter decor you find at Dollar Tree and use that in place of the bunnies and carrots.

I like to repurpose our grapevine wreath over and over again.
