I have a vinyl outside door with glass that i want to put a shade for

Need shade for privacy. Cannot drill into door(voids warranty). How can I hang shade?

    use glue to hole the brackets. just check the label on the glue to make sure it is a permanent kind-gorilla glue is one and another one is E-2000 or something like that, don't remember the exact name of it.

    If the shade is lightweight you could use heavy-duty 2-sided tape or Velcro.

    Talk to the Mfg. I can't imagine they would design a full light door that wouldn't allow for privacy.

    If your door is metal you can buy a curtain rod that will stick on the door. They are quite strong. Then maybe you could buy a roman shade that will slip over the curtain rod like a curtain. You would be able to raise and lower this kind of curtain.

    What a beautiful yard! Anyway... what about a few velcro strips attached to a pretty fabric and then the door?

    velcro is my friend. the 3m brand has a removable velcro strips. used them to skirt a bathroom sink so i could stash my cleaners and tp.
