A Rustic, Re-purposed Christmas Wreath!

Do you like rustic decorating? Today I am showing you my rustic Christmas wreath made from an old rusty sifter! While I wouldn't say my style is totally rustic, I really enjoy taking something old and re-purposing it into new, fun decor. And this one took less than 5 minutes- double win!!
There is a non-profit thrift store that I pass any time I am coming or going from the lake. I try to support it by dropping off my "cast-offs", but the most fun way to support it is to shop there!

Like most thrift stores you need to go often to find the treasures. Sometimes I go and don't find a thing. Other times I go and come out with a bundle!

Last week I came across this old sifter:
They were 2 for $1.00. I loved the rust on it. I loved that it is an old kitchen tool. AND I LOVED THE PRICE!!

A little burlap ribbon and an odd silver plate lid- and voila!
I also repurposed this old gear while I was at it!
Come on over to the lake and see what else I am doing!
