DIY Fall Paper Straw Wreath

I feel like the last blogger in blogland to get my fall wreath done, but it's finally finished! It's not your typical fall wreath. I saw a pretty straw wreath on Pinterest months ago and wanted to make one. While looking on Amazon one day, I came across these super cute birch tree straws, and I KNEW they'd be the perfect addition for my wreath!
It's not hard to make, but there's quite the process of gluing.
I started by just cutting out a ring from cardboard to glue my straws to. Then, I just started gluing my straws on one by one all the way around, leaving space in-between.
Then I went around with a second layer after cutting off an inch from each straw.
I glued smaller straws in-between the larger ones, then spray painted leaves and glued them on.
I LOVE how it turned out! And, I love the gold! For more step-by-step instructions on how to make it, visit my blog!
