Christmas Lanterns

I love preparing and getting ready for Christmas. It is my favourite times of year. I have four lanterns which I bought at IKEA many years ago.I bought two yellow and two blue. I had an idea to decorate these lanterns and put them on my staircase as a decoration at Christmas time.

Materials you’ll need

1) Ikea rotera 8” lantern

2)Tinsel

3)Ribbon To decorate

4)Tealight battery candle

5)Christmas decorations.

How to do

1) With the first lantern I decorated with tinsel inside and I put an ornament of Christmas bear in red suit. Then I placed battery candle inside.

2) With second lantern I decorated with tinsel and small gold Christmas tree and candle inside.

3) With the third lantern I decorated it with small colourful baubles and tinsel and candle.

4) With the last lantern I decided to decorate it with a Christmas owl and reindeer and tinsel.Battery inside. For each lantern I decorated the top with bows and ribbons.

Project completed. Very easy to do.Now when guests come over you can light up your staircase with these lanterns.Happy Decorating.
