Christmas Trees on Cars: Little Tikes Car DIY

Scored a Little Tikes car on craigslist for $15.00!! With a few cans of spray paint and a tree I've created a budget friendly photo prop for a Christmas card photo. Check out the steps on how you can create your own.
Turning a craigslist score into a fun vintage looking kids car.
Before, we started with a pink car. Afterwards we have created a fun vintage looking car that is perfect for a fun Christmas photo shoot!
I just used five cans of spray paint. I used the Lowe's brand for Plastic in cocoa bean, green and black. Using painters tape and newspaper, I taped off the top so that I could paint the body first. After two cans of green and letting it dry for 24 hours, I taped the body part off so that I could use the cocoa bean and paint the top of the car. The final part was painting the wheels and the steering wheel. Depending on your spray paint skills, I had to go back and touch up on the green.
This is my final look of the little car.
And it turned out fantastic when we went to the photographer for the Christmas card photos.
