Christmas is right around the corner and this easy DIY decoration is the perfect addition to your decor.
All the supplies can be found at the dollar store, which is awesome! I used hot glue to adhere it all together.
Start with a large snowflake or star and add some tulle or decorative mesh as a base layer. This anchors the decoration and is a nice touch.
After hot gluing the tulle onto the snowflake, add your focal point. For this snowflake I thought this really pretty bell ornament would work great. It is easier to add the focal point now, so that you can tuck in all the accents into all the nooks and crannies.
After your focal point is hot glued down, start adding interest around the focal point. I added some really cute poinsettia flowers and some round things from the floral department. The sky is the limit on what you add for each decoration. You can add as much as you want to create a unique, festive decoration. I think these would look really cute in a grouping on a wall!
Add a ribbon so you can hang up your new decoration and you are good to go. Such a cute decoration that costs under $5!
