DIY Ornament Garland

Decorating for Christmas is something I look forward to each year. And while I enjoy bringing out the decorations that I have had for a long while, I also enjoy creating new decorations.
The Christmas Mantel is one of my favorite spots to decorate. This year we decided to go with a red and white theme. The Ornament Garland worked out perfectly!
Creating a gorgeous Christmas Mantel doesn't need to be difficult or take a lot of time.
We created the Ornament Garland with a few simple supplies and tools.
Stringing the ornaments onto the wire is easy, but there are a few tricks that we found helped - like stringing the ornaments onto the wire in different directions. Come on over to the blog to discover our tips.
The Christmas Mantel is decked out in red and white to celebrate the season!
And the Ornament Garland is the perfect addition!

I love this idea! Every ornament I have has a memory attached to it and now I have more ornaments than I do tree. Stringing a few ball ornaments I can buy at the Dollar Tree to use as spacers would allow me to display my "memories"! Great idea!!
