Dollar Store Sign Redo

Hey Hometalk! In one of my recent dollar store runs I came across these cute ornament signs. I figured I could pop off the metal ornament tab, and make my own sign, so check out what I did!

I used a flat butter knofe to remove the top piece. Slide it under carefully so it wont bend.

This is a different sign which I used the same technique for. Once it pops off, you can paint, and add whatever you'd like to the sign.

If you'd like to see how I painted it buffalo check, take a look at my other post here.

Once the paint was dry for this one, I attached this sweet lettered ornament with hot glue. If you'd like to go one step further you can add an 18'' green wreath like I did, I added a bow, a berry, and a few snow flakes. All for under $5! So easy.

I love how this one turned out! Check out more of my projects on my Hometalk profile or my Facebook page at Gilbert Marketplace.

Happy Holidays!
