Have a clear jar, glass, candle holder, or shallow tray laying around? Why not use it to create a simple, yet festive holiday mini scene for your home this holiday season? Or, style one to give as a personalized gift.
Glass plates serve as the perfect platform for a festive holiday miniature scene. What do you need to recreate this scene? A glass plate, miniatures to create your scene, tacky wax, Scenic Snowflakes, and some epsom salt. You can find all the miniatures, Scenic Snowflakes, and tacky wax on our website, www.miniatures.com. The link below will take you to shop our Christmas miniatures. Epsom Salt can be found at most drug or grocery stores.
Start by using tacky wax to secure the base of the tree to the glass plate.
Next, add the epsom salt in the plate around the tree to create "snow".
Finally, place your selected miniatures in the "snow" to start creating your scene. Use the Scenic Snowflake to add a little sparkle to the epsom salt and the miniatures for a glistening, wintry look. White or clear glitter would work as well.
