JOY Gold Mason Jars

Today I’m sharing some fun and festive (and very easy) JOY Gold Mason Jars I did to use for pretty holiday florals. With a little paint and glitter I was able to add more bling and festive to our table and I pulled greens from our yard and found the beautiful roses for $5. Love the way they look on our table.
They just needed some extra bling so I grabbed my glitter and stencils.
I LOVE roses and if you know me you know I LOVE pink roses probably best but I love to use roses and florals in my home as often as I can. When my friend Carol was down from Lake Tahoe I learned a lot from her about pulling things like greenery from your yard or neighborhood to make beautiful floral arrangements like the Holiday Arrangement we made for free.
So when you’re getting your groceries look at your floral section and many times you will find some sale flowers too. These roses that are normally $10 – $12 were $5 and were half off because they were missing a rose in the dozen. That is ok with me and made them perfectly affordable for my arrangements. Our dining room table looks gorgeous and it was inexpensive to do and would also make a beautiful hostess gift for someone’s home you are going to.
I started with gold mason jars. Now you can paint yours with some craft paint just by rolling it around on the inside and letting it dry. I lucked out and found these already painted in a thrift store in the spring.
I bought the glitter at the Dollar Tree earlier when I made the ornaments so I already had it.
I pulled out my pack of stencils and you can see I use them often…lol.
I pulled the greenery from my tree in my front yard. I also used it on my Snowy Christmas Mantel that you can see here. I LOVE using this and it smells sooo good. These pieces were cut from the tree over a week ago too and stay fresh for a long time just by adding more water. The roses were $5 and those little gold balls came from the stems I bought when I made the Burlap Poinsettia Flowers. I just added them into the Mason Jars and VOILA….beautiful Christmas Flowers.
Lots more pictures and full tutorial on my blog so come on over.
I love the way they turned out! Just an easy way to add a little more bling here.

Please come on over and take our Holiday Home Tour today too and see our home all decked out for Christmas. Floral

Thank you so much for stopping by and have a great day, Lisa
