These 3D folded paper stars are quick and easy to make. And you can make them out of any scrap of paper!

Use them for decorations, or to add a little something special to a gift basket. You can also stick them inside a card in the mail.

Make these pretty paper stars in different sizes and colors.

All you need for this project is a pair of scissors, and any square piece of paper. It can be any size.

I like to use metallic or shiny paper. The metallic paper from the inside of fancy envelops works great! And it's a great way to repurpose something that would otherwise go in the trash.

Watch the video for the full tutorial to make folded 3D five pointed stars.

Also, be sure to check out the Single Girl's DIY website for a bonus! You can watch another tutorial to make eight pointed stars, and even turn them into a paper lantern.
