get styrofoam mold in shape of cone/xmas tree from craft store spray paint it then glue on christmas decor;old E6 bulbs,christmas ornaments, you could even spray paint it after glueing on ornaments so it's all one color like gold or silver or red. add some really small battery operated fairy lights. use big/solid dowel rod and push up into styrofoam piece, glue, to set it in urn use rocks to secure it in urn.
