For what? Christmas decor? Yes and no. Depends on how busy you want the place to be. Some I take and place in the Christmas decor boxes while it is out. When Christmas is over, replace the everyday decor and put the Christmas items to rest for another year. There are no hard and fast rules. Do what looks good to you!
I usually remove the standing things that are easy to take away. This makes room for your Christmas stuff.
If you are talking about getting out Christmas decor, then yes, I put away some everyday decor and exchange it with items that are in my Christmas decor box. Then come Janauary I rearrange back to the "normal" set up.
Well yes most folks replace every day decor with Christmas. Basically a swap of decorating. But you do what works best for your lifestyle. Sometimes just a few decorations can make a pretty fantastic statement . I'm more into focal points that massive decor.
