They are easy! You need to make a nail hole in the lid for a pretty glass knob. Menards has the best selection for those. Use red/green plaid ribbon around the lid or neck with a small decoration of holly or greenery like they sell to make wreaths. Fill the jars with a bright red, candy striped, or bright green candy or any Christmas candy. Here is a photo of some I made. I used 3 sizes of jars for variety. The center is the biggest one with candy strip peppermint, there are 2 other jars, but they are difficult to see what is in them.
you could also make snow globes. they are not that difficult either
