How to make a Christmas bow with wired ribbon?

I used wired ribbon on my Christmas gifts. I just wrap the ribbon around the package and tie a simple shoelace bow. Sometimes I add curly ribbon to dress it up. The packages look beautiful under the tree!

To add to the great advice you have, I just keep looping until I have a big full bow that is almost too large to handle.

Make a loop and secure the size you want your largest part of the ribbon, then second loop a little smaller and secure then continued until you have the amount or fullness you want. At this point, secure together one at a time then add pieces of wire for the part of the ribbon that would be hanging down. Hope you understand and that this might help you with your project. Never done it before but these are my thoughts. Of course, someone that has done this might give you a much better idea!
