Hello Lisa! Here are a few ideas for you! https://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Bow-with-Wired-Ribbon
I used wired ribbon on my Christmas gifts. I just wrap the ribbon around the package and tie a simple shoelace bow. Sometimes I add curly ribbon to dress it up. The packages look beautiful under the tree!

Start by wrapping the ribbon around a piece of cardboard. I would start with 5 times around the cardboard. You might have to practice to get the size you want. Grab the ribbon in the center and secure it with a wire or another piece of ribbon. Then remove from cardboard. Pull the loops out and fluff. Practice to get the size right.

Make a loop and secure the size you want your largest part of the ribbon, then second loop a little smaller and secure then continued until you have the amount or fullness you want. At this point, secure together one at a time then add pieces of wire for the part of the ribbon that would be hanging down. Hope you understand and that this might help you with your project. Never done it before but these are my thoughts. Of course, someone that has done this might give you a much better idea!

Start by laying the ribbon flat - fold it back on itself when you have the Bow size you want. keep doing that until ribbon runs out or until you feel it's enough, then gather up in the middle and tie it nice and firm. Then twist bow ends until it suits you look........

I have a Bowdabra bow maker and it makes the most fabulous bows with little to no effort. I highly recommend it. It works really well with wired ribbon too and they have a design website to help you with ideas.
You could make a a number of loops of different sizes . place one on top of the other
and tie together in the centre with ribbon and then cut ends to style.
