get plastic ornament balls at AC Moore/Michael's - fill with glitter, pine needles, ribbons, pom poms, swirled paint. Lay on table

mini clay pots with holly and berries, pine branches to make mini trees

square blocks of wood painted green piled in tree shapes

    Santa hats

poinsettia flowers made of red felt

topiaries made of glass balls glued into stacks

Have felt placements that people can glue things on to make scenes.

How much do you want to spend? What colors do you want to use? How big do you need them? Adults or children?

Here is another idea. Use 6” pieces of florist wire to make handles for small paper bathroom cups. Just poke one end of the wire into the paper cup, then the other end across from the first. Bend the ends enough so they won’t fall out too easily. Put Christmas stickers, bows or other small items to decorate the “pails”. You will need one Paul for the number of guests you expect, plus some extras. Set 10% of the cups to the side. Fill all the others with candies and chocolates (Anyone have leftover Halloween candy?) For the 10%, crush enough charcoal briquettes or coal to fill these cups. Use the pails to hold placecards, or as favors. Put the pails in random places, as long as one in ten has coal for the “naughty” guests and the others get treats. Easy and I hope they bring you laughter! Jewell
