How do I make large outdoor Christmas ornaments?
I've seen large outdoor Christmas ornaments made from children's plastic play balls. Don't they crack in the cold weather? It gets pretty cold in eastern PA.

The red rubber playground balls would hold up better. I’m sure you could spray paint them with paint for plastic and then decorate them. Since they can be refilled with more air next year you could save them after the holidays!
As long as they are treated to be water repellant it should be fine.
