This is easy, cute, inexpensive. You could use the tiny Command hooks--they are usually sold near the Christmas décor in any big store like Walmart, Menards, etc. They are only about an inch square-many in a package. You may be able to find slightly used Christmas décor at places like the Goodwill. A string of lights, a string or two of garland, and the tiny Command hooks.
