I have been decorating Christmas trees as a side holiday job for 15 years now and every year I have people ask me for a video tutorial on how to decorate a Christmas tree like a professional. Finally I took the time to record it! I hope this gives you some ideas and that you find it helpful.

I will show you step by step how to decorate your Christmas Tree so that you can have the tree of your dreams.
Here is a written re-cap of the steps involved:
1- Add ribbon or material. (The picture above shows this first step completed. I chose to use material for this tree.)
2- Add large items such as signs, ice skates, framed pictures, etc.
3- Add largest ornaments.
4- Add tree topper with picks to accent. (For this tree I added a metal wreath and white glittery picks).
5- Add medium sized ornaments.
6- Add smallest ornaments.
7- Add accent picks.
8- Add tree skirt.
