Nautical Easter Eggs

These are the little Easter eggs I quickly cast aside to make my Some Bunny Loves You Easter sign for our easter Showcase a few weeks ago. Of course, as soon as the pressure was off to create something fabulous, the idea hit me. This basket needed one simple addition.Something unmistakably nautical. This is a good way to use sea shells that might be left over from a vacation.
That's when I came up with my nautical Easter eggs idea, it's simple and anyone can do this in a few minutes. preview
Mix a few nautical or coastal items in with these cute anchor Easter eggs for a cute themed Easter decoration.
Paint your eggs first. Pop them on a skewer to paint and dry, It's much easier. Once the eggs are dry, take a sharpie and draw on anchors, starfish, anything coastal.
Wrap a few extra eggs in jute using a glue gun.
Add a few shells and maybe some driftwood to your coatsal Easter mix.
My 10 minute project looks fantastic and added coastal charm to our Easter decorations.
