How to Style Sofa Pillows
I'm a pillow hoarder. I may need an intervention I have so many. But what I love about having so many pillows is that you can easily change the look of a room just by how you style them on your sofa. Plus for us short people, why not have something pretty that's useful too?
Some people hate having throw pillows on a sofa; my husband included. Start off with just two pillows. You can place them straight on or angled in the corner. Both looks are minimal but still helpful when throw pillows are a necessity and not just decor.
If you want to dress up your sofa a little, add a throw blanket in the corner. You can also place it in the middle but either way, it softens the plain look and in this case, gives it added color.
This is probably my favorite look. Having two larger pillows in each corner, then two pillows angled slightly together in the middle with one lumbar pillow in the front. It's really just for looks because after all those pillows there's no room to actually sit on the sofa.
