Take one boring wooden mirror frame, add Fusion Mineral Paint fresco texture to their paint and you can create a beautiful piece of artwork.
sorry there was no photo of the mirror along but you can see it in the background, boring wood with gold inner edge
mix the Fusion fresco powder into paint, I chose chocolate for the under color, once mixed well stipple it onto the frame and let dry well
next cover the chocolate with Fusion's warm white called limestone, i gave it 2 light coats again letting dry between and after
then sand smooth, the texture powder reveal the dark brown chocolate and gives an old world look to the frame, the bit of gold from the inner edge was perfect to show a wee bit too
then dark espresso wax was added for further dimension
and here it is all finished and looking fabulous, of course trying to get a photo of a mirror is one of the hardest but here is one view
and here is another out in a well lit room, the warm white with hints of brown and gold are exactly what the customer wanted for their new home's master bathroom
Suggested materials:
  • Fusion Mineral paint and fresco powder
  • Fat patina dark wax
