There’s nothing better than shopping your own home! I had this wooden mirrored tray laying in my basement and wasn’t sure what to do with it. After the holidays, my entryway was looking a little bare so I got the idea to use the tray as an entryway mirror. As the tray was super heavy and also the back was a thin particle board, I decided to use rope to hang it up.
This was the tray placed in the location to see if I liked the look.
I made sure to tie the knot large enough that it wouldn’t slip the handle. After measuring where I wanted it to hang on the wall, I tied the other side knot and hung it on a picture hook.
To make sure it hung securely, I used a Hercules hook.
I love how it turned out and brightened up my entryway!
