Get ready for fall with these cute and easy to make felt pumpkins!
We printed a pumpkin pattern on-line, and we drew our own pattern for two of these pumpkins. Cut the pattern out and pin it on the fold line of the felt.
The orange felt that we used was pretty thick, so we cut out 8 pieces.
Using hot melt glue, we attached the felt on the fold line to a stick that was used for the stem.
You stop here, or do what we did and add patterned felt pieces.
Because the patterned is printed on only one side of the felt, we cut our pieces and then used the hot melt glue to glue the sides together. Attach the patterned felt pieces in between the orange pieces.
We also used thinner felt and cut 10 pieces from gray felt and gray patterned felt. We glued these together with the hot melt glue before gluing them to the stick in the same manner as above.
For the little pumpkin, we cut several pieces and drew our own pattern on the felt using white puffy paint. These pieces were then glued together and attached to a stick.
Add a piece of green raffia ribbon tied around the stems to finish them off. Take it a step further and add a tag and use them as place card holders for your Holiday table!
