Scrap Wood Pumpkin & Fall Quote Decor Blocks
This is the perfect fall craft for a girls night, or even just to do by yourself! It was quick and easy to put together and looks so adorable displayed with the rest of the fall decor. And you might even have all the materials you need for this project on hand! Check out this tutorial to make a set for yourself.
Gather up some scrapwood or purchase a few pieces from a craft or lumber store. I had these three pieces on hand! And they are all different sizes. That helps keep it unique!
Paint or stain your boards whatever colors you would like. I chose to stay with a warm autumn color pallet with mine. And I stained the quote block a dark color.
Cut your vinyl out and apply to the blocks! This will act as your stencil for the project.
Paint over the vinyl to transfer the design.
Carefully peel the vinyl away once the paint has dried and add any embellishments you would like! I used these adorable little knobs that I stained for the stems of my pumpkins.
I kept the rest of the project pretty simple by doing a little fall foliage leafy finish on the pumpkins.
And thats it!! Once you are done you can display them for all to see... Ahh.. I just love them!
