Electric Sander
Miter saw. How's that?
You'll get more cutting versatility (straight cuts and ripping, board and sheet) from a table saw. A sliding, tilting chop saw is made for boards and straight cuts and it can't be beat in that aspect.
I have to agree with Harrow. A 5" Dewalt orbital sander makes the difference in my shop between a project that functions as intended and one that functions as intended and looks good. For sheer number of hours in operation the sander beats everything else combined.
My Dremel.
I have 2. Band saw and Dremel tool. Depending on which blade you use you can cut anything even in tiny loops if saw blade is thin.
