Hi ! Are you talking about making them from scratch or ideas on how to decorate or update a frame ?
You have to find a pretty molding you like, use a router to cut away space for glass , back board and picture. Cut to size, miter the corners, glue, clamp corners maybe add predrilled brad nails for corners, order your glass size, install glass and picture, install back board with glazing points or predrilled brad nails. Add a hanger system. Or go to Good Will and other thrift stores and buy frames for next to nothing, less than the cost of glass
