How to finish a cathedral window pillow... Welting or binding?

Hello could you post a photo - that might give the community more information to offer suggestions and an ability to offer an opinion.

Welting is more commonly used on upholstered items while piping is generally adding to clothing, so I'd vote for welting which will add strength and structure to the pillow.

Welting. Gives it a finished and clean line look.

Welting will give it a structured tailored look, binding will soften the edges, it is up to you, I can see either depending on how the pillow looks. Personally, I would prefer binding.

I like the welting for the finished look. It will not look like a DIY this way
