How to make high end candle holders using Dollar Tree tall vases & cup

I am very much into DIY projects using mostly Dollar Tree items. I recently saw a video where a crafter made beautiful high end candle holders that I loved. But I can’t seem to find the post. She took 6 small glass cups (come in packages of 4) glued 4 together and 2 together then spray painted black. Then took 2 tall glass vases and would rope around the bottoms about ⅓ up. Then spray painted a pkg of white pebbles black, placed them in the vases, placed candles in each vase. Then placed the vases on top of the stacked cups. They were gorgeous. She also had several more projects on her video clip that I would also like to try. Unfortunately I did not make note of her name or the Hometalk post. Does it ring a bell with any crafters out there?
