How to patch a small hole in ceramic tile using eggshells??
I saw this on a website and it used egg shells, broken in little pieces mixed with glue. I don’t know what type of glue was used.
Has anyone seen this trick!

Hi there,
Not tried that method, but imagine you would need to make it into a powder and add a clear drying glue (You could use one of the Mod Podge range).
Auto body filler, sanded and painted or silicone caulking. Eggshells are too frail and may have been crushed and mixed with silicone to take up space but make no sense.
Hello. I would suggest using caulk, or epoxy putty, or bonding for filling holes.
I have not heard of the eggshell method, probably grind egg shells to a powdery texture and add clear glue of glue. Fill the hole with it and let dry, sand it with very fine sand paper to make it even. Then paint with a matching tile color. I would not recommend this on a floor, might work for a wall tile where there is less stress.
