Hello. There are many uses -the most striking one I have seen was an outside accent on a wooden framed mirror. Also seen as a handing cord accent.
Red beads are great for holiday decorations as they are, for Christmas, Valentines day and Independence Day, add other appropriate items for the holiday or season.
-replace worn handles on a small purse
-jazz up a plain lamp base
-embellish an ordinary lampshade
-create a colourful plant hanger
Thanks! I'm looking for unconventional ideas!
Embellish a tee shirt or vest by adding a fringe and then beads to the fringe. Add a fringe to a curtain or the top of a plain cloth shower curtain and then add the beads to the fringe. Best wishes and good luck.

I would paint them a lighter color and then add a tassel on the end and they can be used as decor. Here is a similar one I did: https://www.curlycraftymom.com/2018/04/diy-wooden-bead-garland-with-tassel.html
wrap them around a christmas wreath or on fireplace, use in macrame wall hanging, sew on bottom of purse.

Use to make curtain tiebacks. Put some hooks on the top corners of two windows and let hand down the sides and a loop in the middle of the window. Glue a string of them around the middle edge of a picture frame and paint the whole thing one color.
you see them used in decor on mantles, tables, etc by just laying them around or hanging them off items you are decorating with

How about a wind-chime? Select a base and hang the beads from it. You can always add more items to it.
Hi! I would wind them around a cardboard cone to make a stunning accent piece! Good luck!
This is how I used some 1970s beads in a project, https://www.hometalk.com/diy/decorate/christmas/christmas-decoration-from-unusual-items-44344624
You could also take some of the beads off the cording and use them as “faux”cranberries and put them into a glass tumbler and put a battery operated candle down into the beads. Could also make some pretty napkin rings using them.
Christmas Candle Holder From Unusual Items
Wrap around glass mason jars for decorative dried food storage
I love seeing these type of beads added to chunky wooden candlesticks.
Here's a few more ideas that I came across:
-create unique drawer handles
-coil and glue to form a trivet
-embellish a simple hanging light
-fancy up plain napkin/washcloth rings
You can paint them with fusion https://fusionmineralpaint.com/limited-edition-metallics/

String them on a xmas tree, drape them over a lamp, these would make great cat toys!
