What kind of adhesive will work on sequins and contact paper?

what kind of adhesive to use for sequins to slick top of vinyl contact paper.i have a pattern custom print made of vinyl contact paper. I want to embellish with sequins I want clear. After the project is finished I will be placing a clear glass on top.the item is a round coffee table. The print is a large black & white peacock printed on vinyl. I want to fill in the colors of the peacock with sequins. Then place glass on top.the print is 42” diameter. Thanking in advance. Ruth

    You can use a tiny bit of low temp hot glue to secure the sequins to the vinyl. Do not use high temp hot glue. Another option would be Clear Gorilla Glue. I would try out each of these methods on a spare piece of the vinyl contact paper to see which works best for you before you begin your project.

    You could also buy Super Glue or Gorilla Glue that comes with a brush attached to the lid and put a small dab of it on the sequins.

    Super glue would be the best. Also use some cork buttons or glob of hot glue on the corners of the glass. You don't want it to lay directly on top.

    I have used a fabric glue that was specifically for trims and jewels and it was a perfect consistency and compliment to a job that was a a tedious application. I hope this helps.
