Old independent hardware stores usually carry them, as well as Amazon, E-Bay, Etsy...

if you live near, or have a Harbor Freight Tools store, in your area. They sell wooden mite boxes
I would also say an independent hardware store. They have a lot of things that the big stores don't carry. If they don't have one, speak to the manager who can look up if they can get one from one of their suppliers for you. Independent hardware stores are more likely to be able to do this for you than the big stores.
